I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience in this field. I began my career as a Kindergarten teacher after receiving a  Masters in Special Education. I then started my work as a a Behavioral Specialist, working with kids and their families who where struggling at home and  school. I became passionate about helping families, children, and individuals struggling with their mental health and obtained a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy followed by my license.

I offer individual therapy for children through the elderly. I also offer marriage and couples therapy, as well as family therapy.  I have experience working with those suffering from depression, anxiety, family issues, and many other mental health needs. I have a systemic approach, believing that family, relationships, and our experiences play a large role in who we are and how we experience life and because of this I encourage family work, especially with children. I believe in a strength based approach which puts the client in control of their lives.
